My first experience here was really good, until I went back. A man named Jay did my nails, not only did he do a bad job but he also told dirty jokes while getting my nails done which I was really uncomfortable about. As a woman going to a nail salon should be a comfortable good experience but this just wasn't the case with Jay. And the nails he did a bad job on fell off a few days later and they were supposed to be my bday nails. I will not be going back and I cant recommend this place to anyone else. Wish I could get a refund on the whole experience.

Love jennys nails. If ever there is a problem they fix it. Sam and Jenny are amazing with nails. Ivy , jenny mama and Justin are amazing with toes.

The service is trash the owner is rude as hell she called the police because I said I don’t like pink on my nails the police didn’t come and didn’t even know what the hell the problem was I’m just not going back they suck

Zip your purses shut ladies or leave them in your car. I had a $400 paid of Maui Jim sunglasses taken out of my purse while getting a fill.

I've been getting pedicures at Jenny's for years and Linda is the best! She takes away pain from ingrown toenails and is gentle. She is thorough and takes pride in her job.

Don’t recommend this company to anyone, even if you think it’s cheap. I came in there for the first time and walk out so unhappy. I came in and waited 30 minutes for someone, which is fine i know things happen. I was sat and showed them what i wanted, the guy went to work. I started realizing that he is skipping steps that i know should be done, but i didn’t say anything because i thought he knew what he was doing. I paid $105 on the set of nails to go home scrub all the acrylic that was left over and to file them down bc he had not file my nails. The nails also start lifting up 2 weeks after getting them done. which i was a little upset but not that upset to leave a review, the reason im leaving a review is because i got an infection from this company after going here. Ive never had this happen to me, and ive been getting my nails done professionally for a year and a half, and have been doing my own nails for 3 years now. I had to go to sporrow to get it looked at, and now have this discoloration on my nail for the next 6-8 months. I have to put antibiotic cream 3 times a day for it, and won’t be able to put a nail on it for up to 6 months.

One of my toes are bleeding. My nails are uneven and the polish on my nail had to be reapplied twice. My boyfriend said specifically that he did not want gel on his nails multiple times and still received gel polish.

So I took my daughter and I, I needed a fill she needed full set I we both got designs. They charged me for every jewel he put on. I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 plus years never been charged for each jewel. And my daughter only got one little line on each nail and they charged me $200. And she has already lost two nails, they didn’t break came right off and it’s been 7 days. This place is a joke. I’ll never go there again. Now I’ve got to pay for her another full set because they don’t know what they’re doing.

They are very rough with my hands and disregarded me when I asked them to be gentle it’s supposed to be a relaxing time not a time where you beat up my fingers
