I took my daughter’s hockey skate in for an emergency repair during a tournament. They could not have been more helpful. The quality of the repair was amazing. Customer service was the best I have had at any business in a long time.

Truly wonderful craftsmanship and expertise, well beyond strictly shoe repair. They repaired the border trim of my Louis Vuitton backpack, not only to perfection, but also quite promptly. Additionally the staff is incredibly honest and personable. Overall, if I could give 6/5 stars I would.

Took a belt there to have some of the length taken off. Service was great polite and cheerful. Got belt back and they did an excellent job. I’ve stop through the location twice in the last week. JOHN’s SHOP REPAIR has provided nothing but TOTAL SATISFACTION!!!!!!
