I normally don’t leave reviews but when I do it’s either really good or extremely terrible. In this case, it’s the latter.Extremely poor customer service. Even for a repeat customer having spent over thousands of dollars on a sign. Not that the first product was any good. Only repeat the service because they already had the template. Reps won’t return calls or emails after a promised to do so. Wasted an entire week waiting for a returned call or an email. Don’t want to mention any names but all 3 reps answering calls are terrible. Had to pursue new company after multiple failed attempts. Glad this happened in a way. I found a great new sign company with great customer service. Can’t wait to leave a review once the work is done.I would highly NOT recommend this sign company to any business out there that expect courtesy and professionalism.Rest assured I will do my part to spread the word beyond this Google review. Thank you for reading this review.

We just finished an electronic sign project with Johnson Signs. They were extraordinary - even in the midst of pandemic and associated delays. We were so green about electronic signs. They patiently walked us through it, holding our hands step-by-step. And they came in on budget - even though we changed the location of the sign. We could not have made a better choice than contracting with Johnson Signs to make our visible footprint in the neighborhood. Just an excellent investment in our community. Rev. I have been using Johnson Sign Company for almost 20 years. They have always provided great dependable service. Whether it was for a 2' x 2' open sign, all shapes and sizes menu signs or my 8' X 15' doubled sided back-lit sign that is 35' high. I highly recommend them.

I have worked with Johnson Sign Company to make a sign for my restautrant in Okemos. I ave shopped around with other companies but decided to go with Johnson because of the professionalism that they provide was amazing. They were very friendly, and helpful. I have worked with Tammy and she was great and explained everything thouroughly. They were on time like they promised and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional sign company to do the work while being resonable with their prices as well. Thank you for the great experience.

I have been shopping for new monument signs for our apartment complexes. I talked with several sign shops, but ended up going with Johnson. They have worked with me to get the design exactly how I want it (despite me repeatedly changing my mind), and the final product is amazing. I worked with Tammy in the Lansing office, and she was amazing. Lightening fast responses. Walked me through the whole process (you would think putting up a sign would be easy) with the municipalities. Excellent experience. I would definitely recommend them.
