Trevor at Eastwood Lake Lansing Mall was an awesome help. He was so friendly and helped my husband with a complete outfit for a destination wedding. Very professional and helpful.

I was not impressed by this place at all for a couple of reasons. For one the stores selection of kinda small, for another it doesn't feel that clean I'm there and it's pretty messy, customer service was ok but it does need some updating. The only nice thing is that we were able to walk out with a nice blue dress shirt for 15 bucks

Went in to purchase a suit, having never purchased one before I had no idea how to get started, Justin helped me out, from getting my measurements to making recommendations based on my dimensions and steering me towards what I needed, great service

In town for a wedding and my suit did not make the flight. I called the store to see if they had a tailor. The associate that answered, Amanda, said that they did not until Monday but they had a lot of options in the store and that I should come in and see what they have. I met Amanda S. when I arrived and within 30 minutes I had a new suit as well as two shirts and a tie. She was fantastic and even went on to find another associate help match colors for the tie. A great experience overall. If you need an emergency suit, Amanda is the person you need to see.

Stay away from this store at all costs. The employees in this store are both absolutely useless. They screwed up a simple order for me not once, but twice, and still can't make it right a third time. First time the shirt was ordered wrong, second time they never shipped the exchange. This last time I was told it had shipped but the tracking number provided shows that it still has not. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Will NEVER return.

Had to rent a tux for my sisters wedding. Measurements were taken and in return to pick up the tux from an hour outside of town it didn’t fit. An emergency jacket was ordered and yet it didn’t fit in the arms and required a third trip back. Further they tried forcing shoes on us when we didn’t need them and they didn’t fit; they also asked for them back in return when we never took them. The rental price was $350 and now they want another $200 in late fees. Also said we couldn’t buy the same tux before renting. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. This was for for international wedding.
