Over priced, even on the majority of their clearance prices. I left the store without making a single purchase.

It had been a few months since shopping the Lansing, Mi store. Right away, I noticed the store was SUPER disorganized!! MANY items were not priced. And MOST of the items that were priced said “coupons ineligible”!!
There was product and product wrappings ALL over the floor!! The restrooms were absolutely a mess!! Now, I’ve shopped Kohls for well over a decade. And I can’t help but wonder, what the heck has happened to Kohls?!!!
I’ve frequently had issues with their misleading signage over the years. But this latest visit has me wondering if I should give them my business at all?! I realize times are tough…. But come on, Kohls….. do better!!

Could not return gifts for cash. Had to let refund go to gift givers card or accept store credit.

I like the prices on things I purchase. The sales associates are friendly. The store was overly crowded with merchandise for Black Friday so very challenging to get a shopping cart around in aisles. Some items I could not locate in store but they have an easy way to order items online. I like shopping at a store versus online so I am happy there is a Kohls.😊

I like shopping at Kohls except for many items had no price tags, no one to ask, no scanner for price checks, this is the season when everyone is budgeting for the holidays, I would have bought more, but I went somewhere else. Do better Kohls put some price tags on your items.

Do yourself a favor and don't shop here. I was in here once recently and was going to buy some clothes but walked out because their little dweeb Loss Prevention guy was following me around in an excessive manner. You should keep that guy in the back to watch cameras. I have bought many items here in the past but will never buy a single thing here again. And one more thing gets some real Nike Air Jordan 4 and Jordan 5. I buy shoes that are $200-$250 any your selection is lacking. I don't want to wear some whack Skechers or whatever whack brands you carry. I will just buy my jeans and clothes at Walmart.Jordans will be bought online. Have a good day.

Poor customer service. Item was supposed to be 50 percent off, and employee didn't even try to investigate to confirm. Simply stated item was in wrong spot of store( they did not verify, or try to verify) . I would not recommend this store as of Nov, 2024.

This kohls has gone above and beyond to make sure I can't get a blanket I ordered :(
I ordered a self pickup, was informed my items were ready. When I got there, half my items weren't there. Then they refunded a blanket I ordered.
I called today, and the lady was really rude on the phone! No sympathy that they took my items off the website. Now I can't order a holiday blanket I wanted, because of multiple screw ups by employees. And customer service rubbed it in. Avoid this kohls if you can. They suck.

Kohl's has a new variety of merchandise. It's one of the few stores in the area that I enjoy shopping at.
