The staff r great an helpful but ur app an whole computer service is the worst it is down more times than up.. The app is not user friendly who ever designed the web site did not design it for customers who might have more than 2 prescriptions if the web site worked u would not get all the calls in the pharmacy that u do which is another whole can of worms someone should be designated to just answer the dang phone stop making it so hard to get to a person the auto goes through all ur scripts for u to pick one who came up with that idea?? Just let me tell u which one.. U need someone who knows about pharmacy efficiency to redesign ur whole pharmacy setup an watch how ur customers react 🤗

I wish they would answer their phone. On multiple occasions, the website said my script was ready or estimated to be ready a day ago, I've called multiple days before just going in person only to be told it'd be ready the next day.
If they'd just answer the phone that'd save me a trip all the way across town.

I know there are a lot of negative reviews but I can tell you I’ve tried every pharmacy in the Lansing area, and this one is the BEST! Every single pharmacist is kind, patient, polite and will take the time to answer your questions and help you with any issues you have. It’s a wonderful pharmacy.

These guys go above and beyond whenever assisting me, and they have been for years. One in particular (Wolf?) gets my life together better than I can for myself! ? From switching meds to contacting my doc to text notifications, everyone has always been super helpful.

They don't open on time. 9:05am doors are locked and the pharmacy is dark. They take a lunch and don't come back on time. 1:35 still closed for lunch. Geese. I always feel like I'm bothering them. I'd actually like a job there because, They get to do whatever they want on their time.

Very disappointed with this pharmacy. There seems to be a discrepancy between when their automated system tells you a prescription is ready and when it's actually ready. I also experienced a significant delay in getting my requests filled and ended up having to just have my medications transferred to a different pharmacy to avoid running out of medication. I tried to resolve this by phone, but when they "answered," they'd just put me on hold and never picked up. They didn't even acknowledge me when they picked up, just immediately put me on hold without saying anything. When they did transfer my medications to the new pharmacy, they had all the doctors and the number of refills completely mixed up.

This is the worst Kroger Pharmacy I've ever dealt with. It always seems like chaos when I go in there. My prescriptions are rarely filled on time, they don't answer the phone, or will put you on hold without saying anything and then just never pick up. I am out of a medication that was supposed to be filled two days ago and can't reach anyone to follow up.
