I don’t like giving negative reviews but they deserve it. Not going to lie but the store is filthy!chicken bones and open chip bags on the shelving units… im sure this is a great place for the roach family to shop! Plenty of employee’s standing around on there phones talking about what they ordered from amazon when there attention is clearly needed elsewhere 1/10

Unfortunately your backpack policy is discriminatory and fails to comply with the federal disabilities act where reasonable accommodations are required. My next visit will be to collect evidence for discrimination lawsuit. I don't have this issue at the Kroger on Saginaw nor do I have issues at Fred Myers where I will do my primary shopping.

Be kind to the floor employees.
They are manipulated by management and said manager deliberately understaffs.
It's not all Krogers, this one. Management is horrible.

The customer service that was there was very good but there was only one attendant at the self checkout. We couldn't use the assisted checkout because none of them were manned. I know corporations are allergic to paying their employees but this is dystopian.

Deceptive and unethical marketing practices with bait and switch pricing. I'm filing a formal complaint with the attorney general's office after my most recent aweful experience. These crooks should be heald accountable.

Dozens of scams and fake prices. Extremely dirty building. Absurd 30 minute wait for checkout.

Very bad workers. Most are inconsiderate with bad attitudes. Very dirty store, has many homeless people harassing customers at the exit. Smell at bottle return made me sick.

Cashier Nova was rude and I needed to teach her how to do her job . When I asked her name she tried to conceal her name tag. Now I know why most employees wear their name tags backwards, so we cannot identify them when they are rude.

This location has the worst customer service. I've received better service at a gas station. It's never clean. Presentation is horrible. No one would help me at the deli. The manager and two other available employees said I had to wait at least 5 minutes for the deli person to get back from break. I will never step foot in there again. I would recommend a complete overhaul of management.

Came in to use western union and one of my bills was a 1985 hundred dollar bill (an older bill). The lady at the register then proceeds to tell me they don’t accept the bill, I ask because its old and she says because it’s fake. I try to explain to her it’s an old bill but she repeats that’s it’s a fake bill. I went to my bank after to verify and it is a real bill. Very embarrassing and will not return to this location. Tried to contact customer service but they always hang up.
