Most of the staff is curious and helpful, There is a lot of people that just hangout there for no reason they just look scary or panhandle. They need a reliable cart person like ur there anyway get a job

You know what can I say ..the store is absolute crap you would think being in the ghetto the prices would be a little lower or more realistic but no they're so high it's ridiculous these people think they're fabulous or something because$7 for a dozen eggs is ridiculous!!! And that's not the only thing that is high priced everything is even with your Kroger card it's ridiculous and the store is just old n nasty n waaay to expansive!!

I gave a one stare rating because there was a grocery bag of mine left behind and when I called my grocery's was not there and the management wasn't much help..I don't think I would be going back to this location again.

Very rude employees impatient, sour faces not a polite soul in the whole store very disappointed. Rude looks rude behavior rushing customers through the isles in the middle of the day! The customers were all in their 60's there is no respect in this store at all you all need a crash course in common decency!

The line for self checkout was backed up the meat section in the back of the store! INSANE!! They only had two other cashiers for checkouts and everyone in the lines had carts packed like Mt Everest!! You need to make more self checkouts!!

I had to go there to pick up my medicine, and the guy behind the counter demanded an in state ID. He gave me a dirty look when I told him I didn't have one.
When I went into the bathroom, there was a flasher there.
Another time, I saw a dirty diaper sitting on the windowsill when I came in. I reported it, but when I left using the same entrance, it was still sitting there.

Worst grocery store in Lansing. Horrible selection of meats and produce. Store is filthy, staff is rude, and 30 minute wait to checkout (self checkout.) Don’t waste your time going to the location for a quick grocery run. Spend the extra 10 minutes driving elsewhere.

Don't bother. Drive to Holt. Spend your time driving, not standing in line. Also you may not get shot. But if you enjoy families screaming at each other, like at Walmart, and don't mind having your lives being threatened, by all means shop here. I contracted corporate and told them that the place should be shut down. They didn't mind.

If only 3 self checkouts are going to work put a limit on them so people aren't standing in line for 15 minutes with 2 items
