I use to be a consistent Kroger shopper, but ever since COVID this place is terrible. The prices listed on the shelves are wrong about 30% of the time and there’s no way to check until you’re scanning at the register. Lots of pricing’s also convoluted behind the “savings” labels on the shelves and receipts. It feels like it’s intentionally trying to keep you from understanding how much stuff is going to cost. When you do figure it out, pricing is almost always higher than the other local stores. This location is conveniently located and has awesome hours, but that’s about the only good thing anymore.

West Saginaw store doesn’t have electric scooters that run. We are disabled so a charged scooter is a must! I talked to the manager and he said the responsibility lies with staff up front. Nothing changed. We don’t shop there anymore because being disabled isn’t a priority with them.

Place always stinks. Staff is incompetent. I needed to pick up my western union. They close at 8 I had 10 minutes and they wouldn't do it. I'll not be coming here again. It closes at 8, not 5, not 7:50.

Where should I start? Is it just me or over the past several months Kroger’s quality, customer service, and attention to detail have hit an all-time low? Several times when we have placed our pickup order way far in advance right before the time it should be ready we get a call saying “Hey we're behind on orders and it's going to be another 40-50 minutes before we're done. Ummmm what? Huh? Do the store managers not jump in and help? Why don't you all hire employees? This is why I will probably return to Target. I've never been let down once at the good ole bullseye. Bye Kroger, you're no longer the better way to shop.

Their pick up option is awesome. Easy to order, great selections are made and they rarely run late. Very nice people who are respectful and easy to talk to. I like that they'll take paper coupons nobody else allows that for drive up orders.

I used to love shopping here but the store is looking more unkempt and the selection is inferior to Meijer. And yes, like other reviewers have stated, the produce here (which once was excellent) is getting bad.
