Do not trust LAFCU because they have hidden fees that you do not know about until after they have deducted them from your bank account

I would give it no stars if I could. Who has all day spending time on a phone. You all need to answer. I have never waited on a call this long and to end up hanging up because it was over 2 hours

The most unprofessional credit union. They’re rude, unfeeling, and uncaring. First off, they turned off my card without notifying me. Right after I went to the bank one or two weeks before and got the card. Why did they give me a card? They talked down to me like they own my money. Two, I went to go pay off my overdraft fees which by the way, they changed to 99 cent. So, I was pretty much screwed out of my money. The same money, I took there to fix it and load extra money into it. I want my money back!!! Now, I have to go get me my money. Because I have no card to buy my medicine online. I don’t even have a car. I have to wait until I can get a ride there. They tell me to use checks. Who still does that? All because I disputed a charge. Apparently, I’m just supposed to pay for something I didn’t do. How dare I dispute a charge? Fraud which is illegal. When I talked to someone about it they unfeeling and said they’re keeping the decision. They didn’t even try to hear me out. Also…The first man, I talked to, talked down to me.

At my local branch (Keystone St.) They know me by sight. At all of the branches, they are all very attentive and personable. I can always discuss a problem with my banking with them, and they don't make me feel stupid.

Absolutely horrible and I am not even a member! If you call, expect to sit on the phone entirely to long and once you do finally get someone to answer, don’t expect for your questions to be answered. My son had a loan for his truck with them. We now have possession of the truck (over a month truck has been paid off), and they still haven’t released the title! We are in Tennessee and have been driving this truck for over a month waiting for it to be released! He called today for the third time and the rep told him he did not see a note that it was to be released!! WTH! You lend, you should 100% know that when the chk cleared the title should have been released right away! I personally feel like they simply are not responsible about keeping up with their lending processes!

Would never bank somewhere that can't answer their phones. So far, on hold for 30 minutes

The loan officers are rude and have no empathy. They will move payments on the loan to the end of the loan for 1 person with financial hardship, and tell another one with the same issue to pay or lose the vehicle.

LAFCU after 11-12 years is trying to collect 17,000 dollar from me for a car that was repossessed.

The white peoples here threatened to call the police because I yelled at them. Not cursing, not name calling, yelled that they should tell a new loan holder all of the payment options they have rather than making them jump through hoops and travel back and forth to a physical branch with piecemeal information. The only black person in the establishment and your only conflict resolution skills are to call the police. Then have the audacity to claim I shouldn’t call them racist. This is the worst credit Union I’ve ever encountered. They are apparently racist and lack customer service.I can’t wait until I can leave this horrible financial institution.

This credit union is a joke. They took 2 payments out of my other bank account for a vehicle loan. I wasn’t behind and this is basically stealing. They refused to help, my other bank had to go after them for it and now they are saying my account with them is over drawn. Can’t get a hold of anyone there. Worse experience ever, avoid this credit union at all cost.

Lafcu will stab you in the back even if you are loyal for decades and always pay back your loans in full. They are part of the globalist effort to take houses away from families. Lafcu is most likely owned by Blackrock. I have since switched to a better credit union and would NEVER recommend lafcu to anyone.
