Always a headache with any questions at this branch. Had the pleasure of dealing with Liberty. She was not helpful in any way. She knew what I needed help with before I came in knew she had no way to help me still sat there wasted my time to treat me like I’m some sort of criminal , very unprofessional, she even went out of her way to contact the bank that gave me the check verified it was real then still would not help lol. Thanks a lot do not recommend this branch. If you feel like being treated like a criminal for cashing checks that are written out to you join Lake Trust Credit Union.

Website says live, "not too busy" well apparently not. It's Wednesday January 18th at 9:10 a.m. and the doors are locked. Wow way to go lake trust.Reply to your answer "David Snodgrass" of Lake Trust Credit Union:Or take your business elsewhere due to incompetent ownership and employees not having a voice of their own, along with lack of customer service skills and infrastructure needed to succeed. How about next time you try to use your communicative skills put a note on the door update your website so that your customers know beforehand and reroute themselves elsewhere or come at the time noted if you didn't know to do this maybe your team should have came up with their own ideas to help you in advancing the footprint your branch has in Lansing. Try not to reroute next time try to take constructive criticism along with responsibility and maybe make a statement about fixing for future incidents that's all you needed to do.

Was with them for 10+ years, chose to close the account due to being locked out of mobile banking over a changed phone number. Upon going to close the account I owed $18 and was charged an additional $64 dollars just to make the payment. So for a total of $82 dollars I was allowed to close the account. Would not recommend

Opened an account for direct deposit and they wouldn't give me a debit card. I was told they would send me an email with info to set up the direct deposit but they never did. Ok cool whatever. Then I go to cash a check and was told I COULDN'T CASH A CHECK! There's no point in having an account if I can't use it for anything. Closed it immediately before I left. Very disappointed!

Lake trust incompetent, no local number to make appointment
