Buyer be ware .. they don't inspect the vehicles on the lot. They buy cheap and sell junk. Fantastic job taking advantage of someone with a 70 percent loss of hearing. It was great finding out you knew the shop you suggested I go to for the inspection and they said nothing was wrong. Great job selling a vehicle that needs a engine.

My daughter and I have been trying to arrange a test drive for this Jeep. We requested to see the Jeep after hours since we both work, we are from out of the area, and the closing time is 5:30pm. I call today and the guy hangs up on me, so naturally I call back assuming we just got disconnected on accident. Then he proceeds to say you didn't show up a few days ago. Well, my daughter called and texted to say we couldn't make it out there the first try and I know because I was there when she called and texted. So, hang up on me and tell me off... Got it...great not doing business with you. I probably should have noticed the reviews on this place before proceeding. Trashy way to conduct business.
**Her appointment cancellation was in fact made...we can easily prove this with outgoing calls and text messages. The bottom line is that is part of doing business (ask me how I know). But, deflect that is the way to win more customers. Stellar customer service.

They sold me a car with a broken transmission. Here is the evidence. The day after buying it, I noticed some issues, but I didn't initially realize they were related to the transmission. I bought a 2012 GMC Acadia the first day that I drove the car to test drive the airbag light came on I told him that it had to be fixed prior to me buying it that it was a big safety issue and I would not buy it if it was not fixed supposably it's been looked at and fixed two times since I purchased the vehicle the light still comes on I was told that it would not deploy the airbag with the light on it has now been two and a half months since I bought the car 4 days after I got the car my car was overheating come to find out I had a bad radiator 2 weeks after having the car it started to having issues the battery died AC stopped working I put a new battery in fix the AC and the car started having even more issues I put it in the shop come to find out I have a bad radiator a bad motor mounts problems with my starter rear end work springs and control arms I was told that my power steering was going out I'm already looking at over $4,000 to fix my car and the more I drive it the more things become wrong with it this has been one of my biggest mistakes ever buying a car from them please please do not buy a car from this dealership

I bought a car from here and drove it home. The next morning I thought I had discovered that the lug nuts were loose( they were not). Mark said to bring the car in to look at it. He figured out that the chrome caps over the lug nuts were just spinning. He ordered a complete set of new ones and then spent the next couple hours fighting with the old ones to replace them. I wasn't expecting them to actually replace the lugs but LAC really looked out for me. No other issues with the car. Thanks guys

Mike helped me in buying a 2006 Buick Lucerne from them. Engine, body, interior, and tires were in great condition. Typical suspension/steering parts needed replacement due to rust/age but would expect that of a 14yr old car. Bought it at a fair market price for the above conditions. Would highly recommend you check them out!The only suggestion would be that they fill the gas tank before the customer leaves the lot with their new car. It's a simple gesture other dealers have done for me but it really does leave a lasting impression and a feeling of completeness to the purchase if you have the time to do it. Tank was at ≈1/8 so someone didn't take it too far for a test drive.
