Hey everyone make sure you pay your bill early ....this is 100 % nonsense....I came home and my power was off...when I called for service I was told it was off...my bill isn't due yet....I will follow-up with the Better Business Bureau.....these companies are basically doing what they want to consumers.

They have helped me big time!!!! I rate there linemen and lineladys as top notch!! And staff as vary kind and helpful !! Vary good at what they do. And then some! Mark L.

Bad customer service. Does not work with people. Continues to get away with this due to having a monopoly over certain areas.
