They are very easy to talk to over the phone. I've called them twice and both times they had excellent communication skills and were able to answer my questions quickly.

Very bad service. teammember had a hard time figuring out whats going on. automated bill pay is difficult, long and annoying.

Hey everyone make sure you pay your bill early ....this is 100 % nonsense....I came home and my power was off...when I called for service I was told it was off...my bill isn't due yet....I will follow-up with the Better Business Bureau.....these companies are basically doing what they want to consumers.
