Our first experience with Cottonwood was fantastic! Everything was clean and well kept. Pool was large and clean. We took out paddleboard and the next day kayaks. The only thing that would of made it better is full hookup on the water sites. :) The staff was super friendly and store prices were great. Grankids loved it...
