Your customer service has gone down hill ! It used to be top rate . Drive thru services in Charlotte are horrible with extended wait times . When calling the main office for answers on my Ira rollovers the person in charge wasn’t even knowledgeable but called back the first time with a semi answer. Called her back and never returned my call after leaving messages on her machine . Had to call back and have another girl who messaged back and forth between me and the responsible person in a non personal three way conversation. Your services have deteriorated and when the pandemic recedes you will lose customers because of the lack of efficient and professional services that you once provided . You were top notch and always the best in my opinion. Proud member since 1969 ! Please improve your service to your customers . Sincerely long time member and supporter .

All LAFCU drive-thru's take forever. I'm so sick of their new way to connect to a teller. Just waited 5 minutes to even get connected to a teller. Waited 20 minutes for two customers ahead of me. 20 minutes. I'm running out of gas. Soon as my car is paid off I'm gone. Oh and two cars drove off waiting. You're really impressing your customers, LAFCU. It's not COVID related either. Your service has been slow since the new system for tellers has rolled out.

Sitting at the drive-thru for an extended time again!!!! Drive-thru business should be limited to 2-5 minutes. Direct the customer with the issue to the lobby!!!! Cars are lining up. ??

Horrible experience with their auto loans. Staff is incompetent and unable to help when you need. never recommend this company! Switching my loan over to a better company. I have made monthly payments on time every month yet I still get charged various fees that staff cannot correct or explain. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

Terrible loan options. No matter how good your credit is. Even worse customer service, rude condescending associates will waste your time and leave you frustrated. Good luck trying to get through to anyone competent on the phone, it won't happen.
