I was due a maintenance service at 25,000 miles. I called and made an appointment. I showed up at the appointed time. There I found out the dealership had moved approximately 5 miles away.
A Lexus used car person told me they had moved a few months ago. I asked why the operator doesn’t tell customers they have moved when making appointments. He said that seemed like a good idea to him.
I showed concern for being late for my appointment. He said don’t worry. It’s happened a lot.
Service was fine. But I’d expect dealership to tell service customers they’ve moved.

Caleb has an engaging personality and was very knowledgeable about the Lexus products. He was exceedingly patient in helping me decide what type of vehicle, trim and options fit my needs. Caleb was timely in responding to questions, concerns, phone calls and texts. He showed excellent follow through and attention to detail. Caleb was the antithesis of a stereotypic pushy salesperson. He provided excellent service and was a pleasure to work with throughout the purchasing process.

Bob and I can’t say enough great things about your dealership!! EVERYONE was extremely kind! We were in and out in an hour even when we needed additional assistance ( new wiper blades). The crew kept us informed and workmanship is excellent! We are so very pleased with our car and all of you!

Ron was amazing, one of the best sales professionals that I have ever worked with. He went out of his way to make sure our needs were met, even came in on his day off so we could pick up our car on a day that fit our schedule. Will be using him again in the future.

Everyone at the Serra Lexus dealership was very helpful. Special kudos go to my salesperson Ron Dodd. He worked very hard to get me the vehicle that best met my needs. Ron made sure I got the correct amount for my trade in and generally made my buying experience a positive experience. I would not hesitate in recommending him if you are looking for a Lexus of any configuration..

A very good experience at Lansing Lexus....oil change,filter, tires rotated, fill all fluids, and a car wash....inside and out! The service representative Jeff, was very helpful.

Jeff is a great service manager. However, I do I wish Serra would be better at making sure that previously recommended service that was completed doesn't show up again as recommended when making a new appointment.
