Went to Liberty Coin in Lansing to get some euros for a trip to Spain and traded in some old coins that were left to me. Im leaving a review because I always appreciate good customer service these days and Ben W. was very easy and nice to deal with. I kinda knew the value of what I had and was given a fair price. Ben made the process about as easy and efficient as you could ask for. Highly recommend.

After getting a very 'low ball' offer from a Jeweler in Battle Creek, I took the time to drive to Liberty Coin and I am very happy that I did. I was offered a mere $320.00 from a local jeweler but did not 'have' to sell so I didn't. I received $1595.00 for my jewelry, more than expected. In-fact they identified one ring that was white gold that I thought was sterling. So they are fast, efficient, and HONEST. Thank you Liberty.

They tried to give me $100 under melt value for my gold. This is a great place to buy from but a terrible place to sell to as they will always try to low ball you.

I want to say I have talked to Liberty Coin and we have settled the problem. I will be going back there just like I have been doing for the last 50 years. So I am going to delete my complaint. I do want to say fill in the blanks. "Just having this coin in your possession is a" (________). "That makes you a" (________). "And you are going to" (_______). I don't feel comfortable going there.

Prices offered were honestly insulting. They offered silver melt on coins worth way more. Made a special trip to see them and was beyond disappointed. Their stuff for sale was mediocre and over priced.

Went to liberty coins in the frador mall and had a gold ring I paid over 500.00 for a year ago and was trying to sell it but was told I could only get 64.00 for it was told they do not resell them as rings but they are melted down and it have diamond stones in it which they would be worth money too before going there had the ring appraised at over 500 00 will never go back there seemed very unprofessional and treated me like I knew nothing of gold being so high as well as The value of the gold itself .would not recommend anyone going there as they do not give true value as they advertise ended up going somewhere else and getting 275.00 for the same ring shame alot of business can no longer be trusted to give fair market value for precious metals .have shared this with my freinds as they have also been treated as I was .

I went there for the first time to exchange money for a trip. The person who helped me was quick, professional, and gave me different options for what might work best for me. I would definitely return to Liberty Coins if needed in the future.

I recently liquidated my entire collection at Liberty Coin. Brian was fair and thorough about evaluating everything I brought in. Although I would have liked to get more for the older Mexican silver, the value he arrived at for the full collection was within a few dollars of my own estimate. Eleanor evaluated the Roman and Byzantine collection, and her enthusiasm for ancient coins was uplifting.
