I went to Lockworx Salon for the very first time on Wednesday, and the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed. Everyone was so nice and caring. I got a wash and blow-dry from Adriana; even as simple as that, my hair has never looked better. I have to say the experience was amazing. I totally recommend Adriana, as she made this experience enjoyable.

Such nice service! Adrianna did so good with my hair and was super personable. The staff regularly asked if they could get me anything and overall the place made me feel at home and appreciated! Totally worth it.

I went in for a wash and a blowout and I am beyond satisfied with the results. I had Adriana as my stylist and she was amazing! It was a wonderful experience all around, the salon has such a pleasant environment. Thanks Adriana!!

Michaela is amazing! She always takes the time to really listen to what I'm looking for and offers great suggestions if I'm unsure. I love that she'll even find pictures so we can visualize the style together. She's so personable and easy to talk to, I always leave loving my hairstyle. Her attention to detail is incredible, and it's clear she truly cares about her clients. Highly recommend!

I loved how my hair turned out! Rachel did it and was amazing! It was the perfect color and cut that I asked for, and she also showed me how to style it myself and let me read the entire time! :)

Kailei was amazing! She fixed a terrible highlight job and a not so great cut from a stylist at another salon. I almost cried when I saw what a wonderful job she did. She’s a find. She knows what she’s doing, and she really listened to me and made thoughtful suggestions. I love love LOVE my new hair and we’ll be seeing her again.

My first time at Lockworx & I had Adriana as my stylist. I have thick, curly hair & I received a wash & blow dry. This is the 1st time in over 10 years I've had my curls straightened out & she did an amazing job! I can't believe how good my hair looks and feels & she didn't even need to use a straightener! I had an appointment with Carrie today. I got all over black, a hair cut for layers and a blowout for the style. Carrie did not disappoint. She was super sweet, informative, and made me feel like the baddest chick walking out of there. Thank you Carrie. I can’t wait to continue working with you!

Cassidy absolutely slays my hair, brows, pits, legs, and gooch every single time! I can’t recommend her enough for both hair and sugar waxing needs. Not only does she make me look my best but feel my best; I always walk out of Lockworx feeling like a million bucks and like I could glide across concrete (oh so smooth).

I went for gray blend/highlights. It lasted 2 washes, which was extremely disappointing. Had I been told it would wash out quickly, I wouldn't have done it. Now I'm left with awful orangey highlights. I called the salon and they offered a complimentary toning. I refused the offer because it would just wash out the same. The salon can improve here by being more upfront and refuse something that couldn't be done.

A manager reached out and offered to fix my hair. She explained that to get the color I wanted, it would cause damage to my hair because my hair is so dark. She suggested ash brown highlights and new placement of the highlights. It gives dimension to my hair and is also very low maintenance. She also gave me tips on how to keep my hair looking healthy. I’m in week 2 and still loving my hair. I appreciate Lockworx for wanting to make it right for me (and they did!). Thank you!

I’ve been coming to Cassidy for a while now, and she has completely transformed my hair. I came to her with ab AWFUL, butchered cut from a different “reputable” salon that absolutely destroyed my hair and my confidence, and Cassidy has worked with me very patiently and professionally to make me feel like myself again. She is knowledgeable, skilled, and very easy to talk to! I told her my concerns and my goals, and she has been great in keeping my expectations realistic while also sharing her own creativeness. The whole team at LockWorx are fantastic, friendly, and welcoming. I love coming here and I always leave feeling like a million bucks! (Pics start with what I started with to where we are now ❤️)
