Gentleman I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude & unprofessional. Asked ME to call HIM back, rather than taking my information to return my call. When I called back, he was eating his lunch while in the process of taking my information to give a quote. He was unable to look into getting a quote for me due to my circumstances, so that was the only part that was understandable. However, when we came to that conclusion he became super short & snappy & followed up by stating "I'm going to have to decline!" & just hung up. It's rare that I leave reviews unless I'm overly impressed/satisfied with a product or service, but this treatment & customer service was just so unrealistically awful that I've stopped getting ready for work to briefly take the time to leave this review, not because of his decline of service but because of his less than subpar customer service, salesmanship & people skills. Glad to not be doing business with this company.

They never answer their phone and they never empty their voicemail box so you can't leave a message ever good luck trying to even get ahold of them I give up I'll take my business elsewhere

Extremely rude acting as if asking questions is unnecessary and inconvenient. I’m not sure why she was so rude but it was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional.I’m surprised I even walked away with insurance I really considered going somewhere else because of how rude she was acting and how she was acting as if I was inconveniencing her and her time

They where dishonest in getting me the lowest quote possible. I was getting a multiple policy, but due to the poor attitude and only interested in getting co mission. I will never use them or refer any one to them
