Great experience. I was stranded with a flat tire and Low Cost Auto got me back on the road quickly and at a great price! They do all my oil changes and up keep as well.

Low cost is most under handed, least qualified repair shop in the city. If you take you vehicle there for anything other than an oil change and you have to trust their word
and estimate you may well have a 5 yr old fix your car. I was fleeced for over $4,000 by them doing unnecessary work and not fixing my engiine or returning my catalytic converters they replaced unnecessarily, I may add. Then after picking my truck up for the fifth time, it just dies completely. It wouldn't start and I couldn't even put it in neutral. I had to have it towed to my house.
I am currently in the process of suing these crooks and I suggest that you NEVER take a vehicle there for any reason what so ever

Awesome place. Called in on a Friday, late morning, with a need to get something fixed before the weekend and a 300 mile drive. We were able to drop it off immediately, and two hours later repairs were done! They were highly professional, gave clear explanations, and have been in business doing the same stuff for 25 years. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience here. I came in after being quoted more than double somewhere else just to look at my splash shield (which was dragging after a storm). Low Cost quoted me $65 over the phone—and that’s exactly what I paid.
They reattached the shield quickly and had me back on the road the same day. No upselling, no delays, no weird energy—just straight to the point and efficient, which I really appreciated.
Eric at the front desk was kind, easy to talk to, and even cracked a few jokes, which made the whole process feel human. The mechanics greeted me when I pulled up, which might not seem like a big deal, but it stood out—especially after past experiences elsewhere.
Fast, fair, and respectful. This is where I’ll be going from now on. Highly recommend.

We are from out of town and came in for a 5k. However, as we were leaving we started having car problems and knew that we weren't going to make it home. It was a Saturday and there website said that they were the closest car shop and opened. However, as soon as we got there our car died and unfortunately even though there were workers, they weren't 'opened'. So we ended up stuck in there parking lot waiting for a tow truck. However, after and hour and half the tow didn't show up. So we had to contact a different tow at which point the owner and a worker came out to check on us since we were sitting in the lot for a long time. We told them about the tow trucks. That's when they decided to help us out and take a look at the our car. I was so thankful when they agreed to help us and get the car fixed since it would be an easy fix (the belt broke that charges our battery). The workers ended up having to drive to the get the part and afterwards was able to fix us and get us on the road again. I only gave them a 4 star though because there website did say that they were opened and because it tooks us waiting in there lot for nearly 2 hours until they took a look at our car. They were very kind, courteous, and respectful. At that point I would have paid almost anything, however I was surprised by how cheap they actually charged us for considering it was a Saturday afternoon. I would highly recommend them! But I wish they would correct the website or Google times.

They were able to look over a car on a test drive for us on short notice. For $125 we got a comprehensive overview of things that needed immediate attention and what to expect for upcoming maintenance. In the end, it helped us negotiate $1500 off the asking price.

I'm not a car guy, and everybody there always explains things to me about what's going on and what's needed and I feel I'm never overcharged or taken advantage of. They always treat me right and they're really cool guys.
