Lazy workers. Waited over 15 minutes at flooring. Had to walked to appliance twice to asked a worker to page for assistance and yet no one came, so I ended up leaving. Ridiculous!

Very disappointed tonight. I used to go to Lowe's all the time and decided to pay the store a visit again to get some paint. Twice I was overcharged tonight for products and no one at the store was willing to go with the price that was listed. First was paint. I specifically asked the paint sales person if the paint that I was getting was the same cost in both eggshell and satin as the advertised cost of 46.99. He assured me it was and when I got to the cash register one of the gal was 52.00 and the other one was 49. I took them to the paint section and showed them and they told me that was the price for the flat even though the salesperson assured me the same price for both types of Sheens. Then I went to purchase the peel and stick tile which had a $1.29 listed on multiple areas per Plank and it was ringing up as a $1.93. Again I inquired about this and they said by square footage and since each plank was 3 ft by 6 inches it was over a square foot. A very sneaky way to try to charge customers more money. Needless to say I will not be shopping at Lowe's again.

Im a property manager and expect a certain level of customer sercice after sprending so much money at lowes. I just left the store completely unhappy after dealing with james who is a manager, none the less. I wont go into detail but with customer service like this ill be avoiding lowes from now on..

I go here out of convenience, but definitely won’t be back. Witnessed an employee saying a racial slur to someone near by and I just found that to be disgusting. I really wish I would have gotten his name so I could publish it on here. I’d hate to witness nasty behavior like that again, so I’ll definitely consider shopping at Menards and Home Depot more.

Their internal system is terrible, so it took us 3 hours to order appliances (because the prices didn't match online, the rebates weren't correctly applying, options for adding warranties were not available, and the employees had to call their IT for support).
Then I had to go back to return and repurchase everything because they put the wrong version of one of our appliances on the order. The employee then calls me back the next day to gaslight me and insist that she put everything in correctly (she was looking at the second, fixed receipt no the original one).
I was told purchasing now and delivering/installing the appliances in 5 weeks would not be a problem. Except I get a a call from the third-party contractors for the installation first saying that they are scheduled to deliver and install next day. Then after they update to the correct date, I get a call back that their system won't let them schedule more than 30 days out.
A separate order we placed included a $15 fee for another third-party contractor to deliver it. He claims he is unable to deliver it and returns it to the store. It takes multiple calls for me to figure out the status of the delivery, which shows the driver as arrived at location for 5 hours. And the return is just for the cost of the items, not the $15 delivery fee (that never happened).
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and go shop somewhere else

The woman employee from the garden center was very pleasant and helpful in plumbing dept. The cashier at the pro center checkout didn't say one word , didn't even ask for my telephone number, she just looked at me, I thought she was mute. As a veteran I was shocked, I was usually treated much better at Lowe's.

Poor customer service. Tried to rent a carpet cleaner, no one knew how to complete the transaction, cashiers kept sending me to different stations. Sounds like employees were trained poorly which sounds like a management problem. Typically a loyal Home Depot customer but this was close to my house so decided to give them a try. I learned my lesson.

Love me some Lowe's! The Veteran Parking is a winner 🏆 I get a military discount on most items & there is always someone there to treat me with respect as they help me with my needs! A+, all day everyday!

Lowe's is ok in a pinch. I prefer other hardware stores. I've had inconsistent help with the staff there.
