I really like this. Until I schedule my appointment 3 weeks in advance. When the day for my appt ( now mind you I’m in a wheelchair I had to catch a ride with Cata) I get to my appointment the door is locked I tried calling phone went straight to voicemail!! How Rude but they are getting ready to go on vacation in a few days!!! After going here for a year or so and I always give them tip I guess that’s the thanks !!’ Had they called like did on the that would been fine ! No call?

Made an appointment, showed up on time, and then sat for 30 minutes. Not once was I acknowledged once I sat down, told how long it might be, and just listened to the people badger the only person working at the time. Made me not want to bother dipping my toe into nail salon culture. I will just keep doing it at home if this is the norm.

Judy and Jimmy were awesome. They squeezed us in and added us last minute and saved my daughter’s nails for her first Prom. They far exceeded our expectations. Jimmy even matched and did better than the picture my daughter showed them and hand painted every detail, even though she had smaller nails. The customer service, atmosphere, and experience is top notch and some of the best in Michigan. Great prices and great service. Will definitely be back.

This place needs improvements in every category, dingy, dirty, understaffed and gone down in quality it feels like a street market of a third world country when you go in there. Not even worth the one star but they don't have zero. And hopefully I won't get an infection from the cut on my finger by the rushed owner taking my set off.

I gave this place so many chances that enonugh it's enough! today i walk in to take my nails off and give my self a break and it felt like I walk into a daycare kids everywhere screaming splashing water and running around, the owner was rush and cut me, make me bleed at this point i just hope i don't get some infection from this place that obviously has gone down. My nails look horrible and they hurt so much. Not worth your money or the risk of catching something and as far as the vibe goes it felt like a street market noisy, crowded and dingy and dirty. never going back!!! Not even deserved one star it should be a choice for no starts.

Honestly this place sucks. I got their “dream” pedicure (most expensive one) and I would hate to have gotten their cheap one with the quality of this one. When I walked in it was explained the difference of the $35, $45, $55 with the $55 one being explained as you get extra massages, hot towel, and the special packet. I got a mediocre at best massage at the end…. Just one. I wouldn’t say the other processes were massages more putting the scrub on (quickly), taking scrub off, putting the cleanser on (quickly), taking it off. I was so over this place I didn’t even wait for my nails to dry because I was fuming with the quality of service. I did call the shop once I left because I was so upset. No offer to remedy the situation. Owner did say I should have gotten a better or extra massage but no I’m sorry or solution. I would either stick with the cheap options because that’s the quality of work you’ll receive (maybe not though since their high end options are meh) or look somewhere else. I appreciate them taking me in as a walk in but Highly highly disappointed as a first (and last) time client.

These people are nasty. So unprofessional and horrible attitude. Continuously chastising a client who has been a faithful regular at this shop. Making catty remarks and trying to argue instead of just rescheduling the appointment. Being cruel and rude straight up to my mothers face over a late appointment was so unprofessional and unnecessary. You just lost a loyal customer, over something so petty. Look at all these reviews about your attitude. Get it together. Not a smart business move.

This is the only place in Lansing to get your nails done right every time. I love that I don't have to worry about someone inexperienced. I love my nails every time!
