My wife is fighting multiple melanoma (bone cancer) she recently lost most of her hair & had the rest buzzed off. She has purchased 2 wigs there now & likes both of them. Excellent customer service both times

The store is big and it has almost everything you need. Prices could be better but the only big thing I have to complain about is the "security" man. He's either sitting in the chair in front or roaming around. Roaming around is fine but when he starts to follow customers and stare that's a problem immediately. I feel uncomfortable shopping or even holding items in my hand in fear of being accused of stealing. Mind you, I came here multiple times so they know my face. Other than that the store has a really good selection.

I have cancer and went in for some extensions to make myself feel better. Was told a certain price and was very happy with my purchase only to check my bank account later to find that I was charged 3x over the amount I was supposed to be. Will not be going back. They don’t accept returns same day either. This is fraud!!

Love this store! Always treated well, never any whisper of racism being a white lady in the store.I am simply a happy customer finding everything I need and a bunch of things I will give to friends and family. I do my Holiday shopping at Luxe and suggest others that it is perfect place for them to shop for their Holidays too.Forget the malls.

Don't care for this hair store because they treat you like you stealing. Not to mention, I paid $159 for a human hair wig and could not return it a higher price one. They should tell you that you can't return before you buy them. I want be back.
