Move was a disaster. I was moving from 1st floor apartment to 3rd floor. I talked to Chris (owner) with all details. Previously I was moving to another location but I decided to stay at this complex. Chris had all the information of my in-house move but on move day everything went terribly wrong. Three guys came (one was sick) & brought the truck. I told them the truck was not needed it was a in-house move. They didn't get info from Chris about it. They called Chris & he said to bring the truck back, he needed it. They left, came back later in a car. I asked about the moving equipment if they had a dolly? They said no but we will get you moved. I could get a shopping cart we had in the building & they said fine. I asked how they were going to move everything with a shopping cart? All they said was "don't worry everything will be fine nothing will be damaged". I saw our maintenance man from the apartment complex & asked if he had a dolly but all he had was a flat cart. The guys could use that. I was reluctant because I had a couch, bed, washer/dryer & other furniture. I was in tears, this should never have happened. All their equipment was on the truck that the owner told them to bring back. The movers assured me nothing would happen to my things. Everything was packed, I couldn't wait for a reschedule. I said okay & held my breath every time I saw them with a piece of furniture. My anxiety was very high! People in my building had me sit down tried to calm me. Finally it was done & they left. I found things were scratched, from the move surly from not having proper equipment. I contacted the owner & he acted like he didn't know anything about it. I live alone & am a senior, this shouldn't have happened to me.

Crew was on time, courteous, listened to our concerns, completed job efficiently, treated our belongings and homes with t respect, no problems, would use again.

Decided to go with MASS Movers after reading all of their positive reviews. There was a bit of a scheduling hiccup, but Chris was very communicative during the entire process. Chris and his team were incredibly attentive and respectful of me and my belongings. I’ve already forwarded his contact information to friends that are also moving and I won’t hesitate to use them again (though I hope this move was the last for quite a while). MASS Movers made a very hectic transition a much more manageable process. Great job guys and thanks a ton!

I give Mass Movers a 6 star review. I had a situation come up on short notice. They stepped in right away to help me and my company. They moved 3 large crates, 1,100 pounds each. Everything went so smooth, very communicative all the way along. HIGHLY recomend this company for your moving needs.

Used Mass Movers to move from Dewitt to Northern Michigan. Josh, LJ, and Shevonte were AMAZING! They were kind, courteous, and professional. They fit our entire house into their truck (which was impressive on its own) but they moved a lot of our stuff into a storage unit (and made it look like an easy game of tetris) and then brought it everything else to our new house. They were wonderful and i would recommend them to anyone who needs someone to move them whether it be big or small!

A wonderful experience moving my mom yesterday! The movers we friendly, kind and polite. Everything was taken wonderful care of! Above everything they were amazing to my mother! I would recommend them to anyone!

We actually knew one of our movers so that was cool. It was great not having to move our stuff oursleves and the unload was super fast compared to the loading lol. My only issues were, a lot of stuff didn't go where it should've (and I annoyingly label lol), while we gave them items we were originally throwing out because they wanted them I know they weren't subtracted from the total I had to pay. While I was prepared to pay slithlyy more for the move I wasn't expected the total lol. Lastly, some parts to my shelving units are missing which is a bummer ?. Id probably still use again only because they had a last minute appointment available from me. I just am not cool that I had to pay for items of mine they kept for themselves (otherwise it would've been trash) in the final weigh of the truck. Thank you both for helping me move❤️

I had a smooth experience from start to finish! From getting a quote, to booking, to the actual day of the move, the company was communicative and responsive. The movers arrived on time and did a great job loading and unloading.

They did a fantastic job with my pack and move. I needed an emergency last minute move and Chris made it happen. They came to pack my entire home up the next day and was able to move me the day after. On top of that, their prices beat everyone else’s, but their service was just as good. I will be using them again.

These guys were great! Very responsible with our stuff, taking the time to wrap everything that needed it and even though faced with a couple set backs they pulled through and delivered our stuff in a timely manner. Would recommend for sure.

I feel bad for not remembering the names of our movers because they did an incredible job on our move yesterday. My wife and I will never use another moving service! They were extremely efficient and friendly. It was amazing to see two guys maneuver a king size mattress so easily. Thank you, Mass Movers!

Started out great, guys were nice and fast, but as the move progressed it looked like the ran out of blankets and some items were moved with no coverage - things started getting dinged & scratched. The worst was our brand new laundry unit doors. Only one item they pointed out themselves, saying sorry they had started to rush & didn't use a blanket on it. Then when they were leaving we saw there were several bundles of what looked like unopened blankets. They didn't run out and all the damage could've been prevented.
