Very poor service and no follow-up when question are asked. Customer service is nonexistent just till it comes to getting there money. Would Not recommend using there services!

My establishment has had a commercial account with Maurer's for several years...and have been battling for CORRECT invoicing ever since. Maurer'rs consistently overcharges us by adding items onto our invoices that were not ordered nor delivered. Their customer service is poor at best and their outside sales representative is even worse. Once you sign their service contract, you are lucky to ever hear from them again or get any inside service at all. On a GOOD note, their delivery driver Kyle is a wonderful employee who tries very hard to keep the customers happy...but he is only as good as the paperwork he is given...which is produced internally and has NEVER been correct despite speaking with customer service & Sales many, MANY times on this issue. I cannot recommend them as a valued service provider.

Buyer beware. This company tricks u into a contract then gives you terrible service. They’re whole business is based on sewing companies for contracts. Be careful. Go somewhere else before they try to get you too

Please didn’t use this company. I have had the worst experience ever with them. Sometimes they don’t show and still bill you. They never check the soap but they will charge you and they never give you refills! 1/2 the time they but my stuff outside and the bill keeps going up. I have called and sent emails around 15 times and nothing happens but they keep sending the bills!

Honestly they don’t even deserve 1 star. Enjoyed the job but hated the people & the company. They had no good ethics & didn’t know how to run a company. Look elsewhere! Even people on the phone stated they would go through employees fast. Run!

5/5, great people! We were working today helping one of our clients load up some heavy doors and the 2 men from Maurer's got out of their truck and offered to help us, they were there from start to finish and super kind. One's name was Kyle but we didn't catch the other gentlemans name but kudos to them. Thank you Maurer's for having wonderful employees.

I own a wedding venue and been renting linens with this company many times I would get holes in linen from cigarettes or stained. I ordered this past weekend for a wedding 30 ivory table linens and I call the week of to confirm. They come out to my venue on Friday and tell me they only have 18. I said I ordered 30 and wedding is tomorrow. They said we’re out of linen and to double different size linen so it works for the wedding. I called there to customer service and she was as rude as can be telling me there is no more linen available. I said so a day before a wedding they decide to pull we have no more linen. I told the women I will have to pull dirty linen off of the truck and do laundry is that what your saying. She said no ma’am I’m saying we have no more so I had pulled dirty linen from the truck, had to take to laundromat and do them myself. I requested for a manager to call me back no call back I also request to not be charged for this order they charged me anyway when o did there Laundry and pressed the linen. I recommend finding a. Different linen rental service so this do t happen to anyone else.

Maurer's came through in the clutch for me when I needed them the most! Had some issues with a different supplier and Maurer's was at my work the very next day with the items I needed. Fantastic customer service and very easy to work with. Highly recommend these guys for all of your textile needs! Jeremy the Grand Rapids sales rep is super helpful and responsive to texts and calls. Thanks Guys!

Have tried cancelling service several times, yet they will not call you back nor cancel your service just continue charging you for it each month via ACH.
