These people who are not drs always tryna not give me my meds just do your job and fill the prescription im switching pharmacies today again im so sick of all the issues with insurance that I never ever had at Walgreens

The pharmacy staff are great. However, the pharmacy product shelves are always empty or only carry name brand (read: more expensive) products. Terrible experience!!

Everyone you speak to on the phone there is very short and rude.
Will not assist with mediation transfers basically anything that involves them helping you, they will not do.

I just changed jobs and my new Insurance hasn't began. Elle, she was able to find some awesome Discounts for my Scripts which keep me healthy. I just want to say Thank you to Meijer and thank you to Elle for helping me afford my Medications!

I have received texts on two different occasions that my script was ready. Only to get over there and the script is not ready. I asked them to call me and don't send me those text. I just recently had another two prescriptions filled. They sent me those texts, that I asked them not to send,but to call.
One of the scripts was ready and the other was not. I talked to a woman named VI who in the middle of our conversation hung up on me. I had to call back to find out about which script was ready. I had told her I was supposed to be called. She didn't have any explanation as to why I was not. I was not going back over there just to be told that the script isn't ready. I consider this poor service and they didn't care how they inconvenienced me. For some reason they don't never have what I need there. They can't get it until the next day or so ‼️

I needed a new medication, unfortunately my normal store #23 didn’t have enough pills to fill the prescription. I was told I could go to store #324 as they the quantity needed. So I called store #324 and they said they would have my prescription ready in 30 minutes. When I got there to pick up my prescription they didn’t have my prescription ready and they hadn’t even called store #23 to transfer the prescription over. It took them another 30 minutes to do that. The pharmacy tech at the front counter at store #324 was very very rude to me and when the pharmacist told him my prescription was ready he refused to pick it up and call me up to pay for it. He helped three other customers and ignored the pharmacist.

My prescription was supposed to be refrigerated and it was given to me warm. Also, nobody ever answers the phone, twice now I've waited 10 minutes before giving up. Half of the employees do not look professional or old enough to be there, and ironically it has not felt like a professionally ran pharmacy with high standards. Highly disappointed.

I have been with Meijer for my main pharmacy for about a year and a half now and the experience has been pretty terrible from the start. They are CONSTANTLY having issues and delays filling your prescriptions, sometimes a week after a script has been sent they still will have no update, no assistance to give. I have a 180 day supply prescription and EVERY time its been up for a refill they won't fill it day of or deal with the issue until the very last moment. Currently my doctor has sent a script 3 times and they STILL haven't given me any updates and prescription drop-off just gives me attitude when I go in to ask about it, so I have hit my point where I am going to change pharmacies. Fortunately, prescription pick up staff members have always been pretty easy to deal with but that's about it.
Do not go here unless you want to jump through hoops damn near every refill.
