Over the parking lot like this one. It’s disgusting. Management needs to do better. If you are short on staff get out there yourself. Take pride in your store. Cart crew should be handling all trash and debris.

Useless store. Whatever mega basic item you think Meijers might have that you need, I can 100% guarantee you they won't have it.
Just needed a locker lock. Wasn't in sports. Walked in circles through clothing's, garden, pets, pharmacy, four or five times. Nobody was working.
I am so glad I never have to spend money here even when I need to.

I am posting this review because it's something I think about that happened. And I think about it all the time.
I was in the store maybe 45 minutes before close. As I'm starting to check out, I saw this beautiful rug that I wanted and just happened to be on sale. The sale price was about 50% off. When I took it to the register, Sean L was the person to help me.
It wasn't ringing up as the sale prize, so I informed him, and he told me that he can only take $5 off even though it was 50% off on the marked sign so He tells me he doesn't know that there is a price discount and There was no way of him to tell the discount and that he was only gonna mark it down by five dollars, which means I would have actually paid more, then what the actual price was ? I assume he wanted to go home and didn't want to do any extra work.
So he told me to go and take a picture of the sign, because that's the only way of him knowing, now I don't know about you but when I'm shopping in a store. I'm not thinking before I get to the register to take pictures of sale signs because it might ring up differently or hasn't registered in the system.
He's basically telling me to go do his job. It was very unpleasant, very agitating, and unprofessional. I guess that's what you call a good scam. Or maybe a good tip for the store.
Because had I not walked back there and took a picture of the sign, I would have had to pay way more. The one way was marked to be I was appalled.

Doesn't deserve 1*. You stand in line longer than it takes you to shop. As the managers just walk around like nothings wrong. Managers need to be replaced! Thats a horribly ran building!

The store looks clean. Some produce is too soft to sit for extended periods of time and it is molded. The employees are helpful to an extent but they can't solve all of meijers problems. I went through box after box of blackberries and they all had moldy berries in the box. I can't buy them because a little mold means they are all molded or soon to become molded. They're too soft. They need faster turnover to move berries quicker to avoid food spoilage but for whatever reason they don't have the power to sell their food before it molds on the shelf. I guess they can withstand it.
I'm good without much human contact. I don't need anything. I keep it moving.
It's easy to go in the store. I got what I needed. It's easy to get out of the store.
