They have what I need usually, and and I like their lumber the best of all the box stores. There are just a few times that they don't have what I need, usually because It is a rare, unique situation.

The kitchen we ordered will be six days late (might even be later, still no delivery time set up). No notice given. We were waiting for the first delivery for most if the day before we found out that it wasn't coming. Menards kitchen builders are separate businesses that Menards has no control over. I won't order a kitchen through them again.

If I could rate this store less I would apparently a one year old accidentally putting something in the cart and mind you not even taking it out or putting it in my vehicle never left the parking lot is considered stealing sorry I can’t always notice everything clearly
I didn’t notice it either it didn’t even leave the cart till security came and pointed it out

CHECK YOUR PAINT BEFORE BUYING! I have been given the wrong paint twice now. By the paint department manager at that! ??♀️??♀️ Last time I requested chalkboard paint and got chalky finish paint, now I request exterior paint and due to their error I just painted $800 in wood for my outdoor playset in interior paint. ?? Get it together!!

Our experience at Menards this evening was truly delightful. It began with several returns without receipts, but Josh, the store manager, and Vanessa made the process incredibly smooth. A helpful gentleman assisted us in selecting totes, and our visit concluded with a very cheerful Luan at the checkout. This exemplifies exceptional leadership in action. Thank you Menards!

Say hello to my new place to shop. I had this gem of a store tucked away so close by and then one day I was doing a project around the house involving my garden but I didn't have a Wheelbarrow handy.
I was able to find a very sturdy and rated one that was right within my price range. Assembly wasn't difficult; pretty straightforward and my experiences have overall been positive.
Now, with it being a large store, it's hard to find employees when you have a question. That was just an observation of mine. Again, overall good experience. ??

Cathy and Joe in the lawn and garden were absolutely amazing! I had to get 15 bags of mulch and Joe loaded it in my car like a pro! Excellent customer service! Highly recommend for your lawn and garden needs.
