Tried to go here to purchase a phone charger and the doors were locked, even though it was within business hours, so I called and asked if they were open and the guy who answered said no and hung up on me. Guess they don’t want my business.

Best place to got Other stores try to rob you this is the real actual Is metro PCS store yea it 3/5 from one of the stores that are not fully officiated with y'all but sell your phones and through your company try to Rob us from getting a new phone call charges $100 for a $70 new plan with switching over a new line so yes I pick three out of five it's for the actual T-Mobile Metro whatever

The old Indian guy who runs this store sold me someone's refurbished old phone a week ago as if it was brand new. It's riddled with so many viruses I can't even turn it on. I returned it to him and he says "take it to main store"That's why he sells phones and keeps the boxes. He runs this underground promotion of trade-in phones. He tries to keep the boxes to make ppl think they're getting a new phone but it's refurbished garbage. Go to any other metro store. This guy is a scam artist

My friend came to pay his bill before the store opened. The rep came at 9:00. Said she was going to the bank & never came back. It’s 9:45 & she still hasn’t been back. Terrible customer service.

Miss Candie give me and outstanding customer service performance this morning. I were nervous about switching my service over to my own account. But she took time and explain to me the process and how much the bill would be. I were convince. She were very nice and professional. I really appreciate her job performance. She were so nice that I also brought a phone case as well. lol. Thanks Candie. 100% customer service.
