The clerks are not that experienced, they always try to talk you into things you don't want, just don't know how to handle business..., greedy...,let the customer do what they want to do, if they/we need/want anything,we will let you know.

I wanted to thank metrobytmobile for fixing the issues I was having with my service. I had a confusing situation that took some time to figure out but it is at a very horrible time of my life where my beloved family dog is dying of cancer. I am going through a job loss due to sexual harassment and needing important phonecalls. They came through with understanding and actually took the time to help me. Thank u metro u went above and beyond for us.
