The clerk was suppose to fix my phone and take the wifi off of my account apparently he did not l still have the metro icon. He said to me that now my phone cost would be back to $29 and change. I was also told when l purchased my tablet that l would only pay the extra $30.00 for three months then it would go back to my cost of $29 and change. That transaction was done by a woman a while ago.
I also believe that this male clerk tried to purchase things on my debit card , like $500.00 worth after my visiting your facility. I have had issues with him before.....he is rude to me like he didn't want to do what l need done without any snotiness. . I would really like to go to another service provider . I have been with Metro to years and never had problems like this. At least the employee was curtious .

It's not like the ghetto one downtown Lansing. This branch is a lot cleaner and the shelves are stocked in their display cases and counters. I feel safer at this one, not like the one downtown where are all the homeless people are coming at you like zombies. I like this branch because it's close to my house.

Trash customer service. You can never get a hold of anyone and the branches are open late/random hours. Open before 10am!

Tresor was professional and courteous. I bought a case and a screen protector for a phone that wasn't purchased through that store. I am very thankful that he was so helpful.

Did resolve my issue, in fact made it worse, seems to be something not quite right here in my opinion, my still doesn't work.

I felt pressured to buy the phone I did. I've had nothing but trouble with it. It drops calls. Calls don't come through. Messages I send never get to their recipient. Voice mails show up days after the call was made. I plan to switch providers in February.
