So kitschy
Had an appointment today at 12:15. First everyone in the store was surprised you could make appointments. Thecframer is at lunch I was told. Why would the system let me schedule on someone's lunch hour?
Last year when they went to the appts I made an appointment and when I arrived at the store I was told the framer decided not to come in today. I asked the manager how I could schedule when she could actually be here. He acted like I was the problem so I went to a local framer. I'm thinking they just don't want framing business.
Because I waited over twenty minutes the framer did return from lunch and complete my order today.
