I still love Michael's. They have almost everything crafty. My personal opinion is that they need to give up on their leather section, though. Everything in there is way overpriced and the selection is nil.

We went in to get an epoxy kit to preserve a flower from a loved ones funeral this week. The employees were rude to my wife, they did NOT want to help her, and they dismissed every question that she had instead of taking her over to the product and helping her. Really disappointed in the level of service, will not be back.

Overpriced and Inexplicably didn’t have pool noodles which I thought was a primary crafting item.

Online was advertising price as $4.79, went to lansing store to pick up and store was ringing up at $7.99. almost double. Manager Emily refused to honor the online price. Will be going across the street to Walmart or hobby lobby next time.

I had 4 pictures to be framed, each 24” x 36”. I can’t be more pleased with the work done by Kim in the framing department of the Eaton County ( Delta Township ) store.
She went the extra step to provide a perfect result.

It's very disappointing to see Michael's has gone to only self checkouts. They can pay someone to watch you checkout but not check you out. Not that I'm a big customer, but I will no longer shop here.
Where has customer service gone.

Went to buy Mother's Day gifts. Found what I was looking for right away as the store was set up really well. Staff was very friendly.

This Michael's location has a wonderful staff. They were very helpful, making great suggestions with my framing needs. The checkout crew was polite and helpful with making sure I used my membership coupons/discounts.
