Had a great experience as far as the oil change. Good on that. Extremely extremely upset that the vehicle smells like someone was smoking in It literally have to go get new air fresheners for my brand new car that my kids ride in. My wife is extremely dissatisfied. That's almost a deterrent from coming back for more service and this has been my oil change place completely. Was told that they smoke in the shop but with the saturation somebody was clearly smoking cigarettes in my car. None of us are cigarette smokers. We have a newborn child, a 2-year-old and a 6-year-old and very upset about somebody smoking in the vehicle that they ride in. They did not offer to make it right in any way they also left cigarette ashes on my dashboard for Christ's sakes.

Was just there. Got my oil changed. They smoked in my car. Now all I can smell in my car is cigarette smoke which isn't cool cuz I have kids. I have a very severe headache because of it. None of us are smokers and that's all you can smell. I probably won't go back due to the inconvenience of my $35,000 vehicle being smoked in and no offer to make it right. I feel like I should have been offered for your free car detailing or something. I have a 2-month-old daughter, a 2-year-old son, and a 6-year-old that I have to ride in this car and honestly I don't even want to be in it now and I went there for an oil change

My son took my 2014 Mercedes ML350 to this shop for an oil change on November 16, 2024, which was a HUGE mistake! After comply the oil change and driving off, the oil light went off in the car. He turned around, went back and they seemed to be confused about the amount of oil they put in the car. They added another quart of so, the light went off and my son drove off. A month later, my son checked the dipstick and there wasn't any oil in the vehicle! My son added oil and monitored the vehicle to see if there was a leak, which there isn't, only to prove that the oil change was improperly done and sufficient oil was never added at the time of the original oil change. I would not recommend this shop!!!!!

Idiot lube tech tightened my lug bolts with an impact wrench so hard that they're getting stripped trying to take them off again. I won't be back.

I pulled in with a car that stalled for no reason in front of the shop. They worked with me to figure out what was wrong and helped get me back on the road! I'm grateful to Rusty and the whole crew there. Ms. Lynn was wonderful and very kind in my moments of panic. Highly recommend.

Very rude on mlk in Lansing. Not worth ur money or kindness. Different employees give different quotes and they charge to PRINT off quotes. Lol. Midas is a total joke on Southside MLK.

I was driving on the highway and had an issue with my car overheating, so i pulled off and found this shop. The owner and service techs were so nice to me as a young, woman. They didn't judge me at all and were very informative of the status of my car and what the issue was. They were honest and reasonably priced and were able to help me with my emergency car situation to get me back on the road safely!

Kept my car for over a week. Did not call to update on anything. I asked them to call me so I would have transportation to work. Never did. Charged me double quoted price and didn't call me to notify of the price change. "Reattached ABS" didn't ask and the light is still on. Don't go here!

Took my car in for an inspection with detailed information foreshadowing the issue I need confirmed. I arrived at 8:30am in the morning. It is now 3:00pm and I still do not have conformation on what is wrong with my car.I have wasted my day on a damned Midas inspection. 0 stars. Employees don't even know what they're looking at.

Had a battery service done. Parts and labor only 227.00 with a 3 year warranty. Very super nice and friendly people ?
