It was my first time coming in yesterday. I came for a refinance for my auto loan and they explained everything clearly and politely. It was an absolute pain to refinance as CNAC is a real piece of work but they didn’t even break a sweat. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a financial institution and I’m a member at a few different ones. I ended up opening multiple accounts and a credit card line as well. Absolutely fantastic customer service from the front door to behind the desks. I will be back!

I'm a new member here. I've recently opened a new account. I needed a place for direct deposit and I insist on a credit union (I don't do banks) and I have basically been a member of most credit unions in Lansing. I choose credit unions for their quality of service and I wanted to check out MSUFCU because it's close to home. So far I am very pleased with my choice. Although I did just answer maps quick question about is an appointment necessary and I said yes. If you're new like I was then yes you need to make an appointment. I feel that is beneficial for the customer so they can put quality one on one time with that customer to be sure to give them the best service possible. If you're just cashing your check people just go to the line of many cashier's to help you with your banking needs. If you're new like I was or looking for an auto/home loan then that's why it's best to schedule an appointment. Also by setting up the appointment this insures speedy service when you get there because they don't have people stacked up waiting to speak with someone. Then when it's your time as you walk into the building there's a kiosk just inside the door so you can check in to let them know you're there. I didn't even get it barely started and the awesome person that is basically the greeter was right there asking me what I was there for, I said I have an appointment. She asked me to sit in the lobby which it doesn't feel like a lobby with the way the floor plan is laid out. In no more than 5 minutes later I was talking with an associate that helped me get everything started and I was on my way with my new account information in less than 20 minutes. That's the kind of service I look for. Everything was setup and they have an app for the business in the istore and Google play store. That also is the game changer because I can just take a couple of pictures of the check that I sometimes get like rebate check or whatever. MSUFCU saves me time when I don't have time to do the transactions I need to do and I really appreciate that
Yes definitely 5 Stars from my experience so far with them.

I am eternally grateful and appreciative for everything the Branch Manager and Assistant Manager, at this specific location, did to help me resolve an issue concerning my mother's account, upon her passing. The Manager went as far as necessary above and beyond what I Know the majority of people most likely wouldn't have done, or even be necessarily required to do. Thank You both So Much for the Awesome exemplary job done!! Wonderful bank!

Hate emI went to dispute a lot of unauthorized transaction, and this institution authorized it. Tried to tell me I approved it, and was forced to pay up these charges. I'm leaving this institution soon

Funny how I can qualify for my $385k mortgage, and two car loans but can't qualify for a checking account at MSUFCU. These people are a bunch of jokers. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
