I rented my unit online but hadn't been able to make it down to the facility yet and I got a courtesy call making sure everything was ok and that I still needed the unit. This was actually a very nice touch because it's been crazy packing and getting everything together.
When I finally got a minute to head down, I got to meet with the manager Steve to get everything set up with my unit. He showed me how to access the building and let me know their hours.
Steve was incredibly helpful and kind. This move has been ridiculously stressful and hasty, but this part has gone very smoothly!

Steve is fantastic! Totally helpful after my last storage place did me wrong. Quick move in all set in minutes. Gave me a tour of the unit size I needed and it was a done deal. If you need a spot come here!! Fantastic energy. Great customer service!!
