Customer service was very rude to me the whole time I was there i got both my toes and fingers done and my toes look like absolutely terrible and was a waste of money. The staff harassed me because i decided i didnt want gel nails today and just wanted normal shellac including the manager trying to force me to get something i just didnt want to do today. I felt like the guy doing my nails was trying to rush me out of there also because they were mad about the gel polish thing so the quality of everything just looked so bad.

Very good Customer service. They are very respectful. They take there time. So if you are looking for fast service this is not the place. I appreciated them taking there time. Some are in to much if a hurry.

I love going here because there is never a wait and they are never too busy. They are always kind. However, the last two times I've been there their prices are extremely questionable. Last time nail take off nails redone $45?? This time Deluxe pedicure 35 Bucks on their menu and a fill $15 also on their menu and I was charged $58??? That I do not like. Your prices should never waiver that much and customers should not be shocked when they are through. Kinda put my relaxation from the pedicure to non existent.
