Worse moving experience ever. Very unprofessional, rude crew. They held my possessions for 3 weeks and lost my cat tower. Please don’t use Mid-Michigan Moving or North American Vanlines. It was a crime how much they charged me for such bad service.

The actual people that loaded and unloaded our home went above and beyond the call of duty. The lack of communication leading up to the loading ( 3 days late) and was not good at all. Was told “system” got hacked and they had know idea that I was on their schedule to be picked up…then - when they finally did get back to me the day I was supposed to get loaded they said sorry we can’t now - 3 days later can. Would not recommend to anyone.

Ben, Jill and Steve the truck driver were very good and the move for our son to RI went real well.I’ll use them again and do recommend them to anyone who is looking at moving.The price was less expensive than 2 Men and a Truck by $2000.00Thanks again and Great Job!

Chris was very patient and updated my quote numerous times without hesitation. Faith was very accommodating and responsive after the contract was signed. Ron was professional and quick with loading and unloading my things. I would recommend Morse moving without any hesitation.

What a nightmare! northAmerican moving company packed our family home on Friday June 12, 2020 in Haslett, Mich. Today June 22, 2020 they admitted to us that our moving van, with our life possessions is in Pennsylvania in storage as they do not have a driver to bring our things the rest of the way to Florida. DO NOT use this company! We have no idea when our things will arrive. Our contract states delivery to be June 17-19. They tell us they are LOOKING for a driver!!! This is what $7910.66 will get you....what a horrible company. Don't do it
