Frickin' fantastic. AAA left me stranded on the side of 96-W for three hours while tried to find a tow truck. After giving up on them, I called these guys. They quoted 30-45 minutes--fair! They showed up within 15 minutes. The technician was courteous and quick. He made sure everything was ready to go and blocked the lane for me to merge safely (it was 10:30 pm and dark). I really appreciate him changing my flat tire right then and there on a dark night in November!! I was hours from home and an hour from destination. Thank you so much!

Called for truck repair … talked to mechanic real cool guy but was way too busy to squeeze me in… It happens so I ask for a quote on a tow- tractor $1350 plus another $100 to remove driveshaft!?!?!? 97 miles for $1450 all in????U guys are insane!!! How are u still in business?!?! U have real cool people working for u but ur predatory business practices are a disgrace… greedy business like this are ruining America and probably blaming inflation to line pockets of the backs of working folks…

Charged me $300 to get my own stolen moped back from them. Charged that much to tow it across town. And the large woman up front told me I need insurance and registration to get it out and wasted time and money doing that only to find out that wasn’t true. They are damn thieves and I wish them all the worst. No wonder half of their employees are junkies and drunks.

Charged me $60 to fill up my tire enough to drive half mile to Sam's Club because the driver said they could plug my tire without a membership. That wasn't true, I am now stranded at Sam's Club. Called Northside, no apology, just said they would charge me another $60 to fill up my tire enough to get across the street to the Walmart so they could repair it.

Thanks Gino for saving the day! We needed help after a boat trailer tire blew on 127S. Car packed with kids and gear…by divine intervention we found a place to buy the right tire and rim and Northside came to the rescue. Very reasonably priced.Service: Tire change

Own a trucking company. They did a simple road service airline fix.Reasonable call out fee($125) and labor and mileage fee as well. Would use again in a heartbeat.

My car died in the parking lot of a business. I was downtown and Northside was there in 15 minutes! I was simply delighted. I got my car boosted and immediately went and bought a new battery. I knew it was time. I am so thankful I always use Northside when I need help in a pinch.

First tow with Northside. The driver was very careful with my older no real value car. Nice driver I wish I noted his name. I had a flat with no spare, insurance roadside service call and they were fast. It was near closing time for the closest repair shop and he showed up fast and got me to where my car could be repaired in time for the tire to get fixed and I was was back on the road and heading home. Thank you Northside, I will keep your phone number in wallet for any problems in the future

After a long day of work, I started driving home only to find out that someone had slashed my tire. My tags are currently expired (coming in mail) so my insurance couldn’t come help me out. I thought on a Sunday night at 8:45, I was totally screwed. Looked these guys up, Lex was super helpful over the phone, and told me in 15-20 minutes someone would be there to put on my spare. Didn’t get the tow trucker’s name, but he was there in less than ten and in about five minutes he had my tire switched out. Being that flustered and having such a fast change like that for only $60 was such a relief in that moment, I would definitely suggest these guys for any kinda tire swapping that needs to be done.Service: Tire change

Was stranded out in Dearborn, called AAA around 1pm, didnt know membership had expired. Paid to get it re-enstated then after they took my money they said I had to wait 3 days to use it for my free tow thats under 100 miles (we were less than 90miles away) And the tow back to Lansing would still be $700 on top of the membership fee I had just paid. I pay them the $60 it takes to put in the request and marked as recieved at 4pm. Our Eta after hours on the phone was 5:33pm. 6pm rolls around still no truck. We call AAA to see whats up and they said the tow company hadn't updated the status yet but couldn't even tell us the name of the company they called. 7pm it's gotten cold and dark so we call again asking for an update they say still no status update from the tow company. This person actually was able to tell us the company they were reaching out to and turns out they are closed on Sundays. We tell them this and the CSR says they needed to talk to their supervisor but will update the priority of our request and will call us back with more info. 8pm we call them to see what more info they have on the truck. Still nothing but say we're free to call and secure our own tow truck and submit the receipt for consideration for a partial refund. Mind you I already paid them the deposit for the tow. And after 7 hours after my initial call they still haven't shown. So I cut my losses and I call Northside they said they can leave within the hour. By 10:20 I see the most beautiful blue tow truck and were welcomed in to the nice warm cab as our driver hooks up our car. Made it back to Lansing by a little past midnight. And ended up only paying 450 instead of the price AAA was asking. Will always use Northside from now onServices: Long distance hauling

My car was towed here after an accident, the car was totaled. Never having been in a accident like this before I had no idea how many of the systems in place work. Nobody informed me that this company charges $50 a day to keep a junk vehicle. By the time my insurance company informed me that I was being charged daily I had already racked up a $700 bill from this company.Car accidents are bad enough without this company and others like it charging OTA for a bare minimum service.Zero stars if I could ?

Have been using ever since I moved here. Last tow I had was another story.Had to get a new alignment because one of your drivers damaged my vehicle. Won't be using this company anymore. Lucky a lawsuit isn't coming your way. Very unprofessional ??

Robert and Gino were the most helpful people. Locked my keys in the car at 1 am and they got there immediately and made sure I was taken care of. Cannot even explain to you how phenomenal this customer service was. Please give both of these men a raise.

Very timely. Originally had them come out for a tow. I had a different tow company out an hour earlier to jump my battery as that is what I thought to be the problem. 1st tow company came out (Swift) guy didn’t seem to know what he was doing and said it must be my starter. Northside then came out, and had it running in literally 2 minutes. The driver was also super nice and helped me figure out why my battery died so I wouldn’t make the same mistake again.Service: Battery service
