2015 Chevy Cruze owner with over 150k miles. Took the car in for coolant leak issues that were identified at my local Chevy dealership. Chevy dealer said I needed a water pump and thermostat replacement that would cost ~$1900.
Took the car to NXB and they said they could replace the water pump and thermostat for $550. Awesome. On my way to the shop my check engine light turns on due to old and worn down spark plugs and ignition coil.
All in all paid $750 and was in and out after 5 hours. I cannot guarantee they will fix your car immediately depending on how busy they are and what other cars are in the lot, but if you book an appointment ahead of time you will not be disappointed.
Quality customer service and a quick fix for a third of the price. ✅ Thank you Aydin!

BEWARE: THIS SHOP IS A SCAM CHOP SHOP!!
Absolutely no way of reaching out the shop besides personally going inside to talk to them I assume. The number? Don’t even bother calling because it’s google recorded and you’ll have no luck getting in touch. My car has been supposedly “worked” on for over 3 months and was returned back to me in worsted conditions than ever. I think this place only fixes appearance looks because everything else interior wise was messed up, malfunctioning and broken. 4 months of excuses, 4 months of leading lies when they said they would be done and extended the dates, and 4 months of wasted time when another shop could have easily FIXED everything efficiently and in a timely manner. And not the mention the audacity of telling me I couldn’t take it else where because you’ve already “worked” on it.. doubt it, you were too busy stalling. It started out as 2 weeks and everytime the date was around the corner, it was another 2 weeks and that went on for 4 months until they finally decided to release my car that put my life in DANGER. In there non existent report, they claimed to have fixed my air bag (since that was the 3 month hold up right??) but all they did was tape it so if I were to get into another accident, the possibility would be my air bag wouldn’t even come out nor save me. That’s outrageous to play with people’s lives. My car came back with engine problems, interior wiring and loose parts inside. Mind you, the battery is now dead because they decided as long as they turned the lights off, I’d ignore the fact the car does not turn off at all. I dropped my car off at another dealership a few hours after receiving it. The dealership (pictures included from Jeep Golling service dept) informed me the list they gave us, everything was faulty and not correctly fixed. I’m out of a car once again. I hate to assume the worst but in this case, I’m sure they were off joy riding in my car due to the fact my mileage came back way higher than it did before the collision (100+ miles), they certainly had enough time to mess with the screen background and change it. Words can’t explain the anger I have for this scam of a business. And all the good reviews are all from family members and friends. Not reliable and not honest ethical work done. lease do yourself a favor and not come here at all. I was required to sign a “recommendation to not drive” my vehicle because of all the hazards that this shop has added onto my car. Please look at my videos and pictures that STATE faulty and illegal works then the videos SHOWING very faulty and incorrect work.

The old guy is so kind and knowledgeable. The young guy is extremely rude and disrespectful. He just dismissed me without even listening to the issue that brought me there. Should try to handle customers well. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to let the younger person anything to do.

It was my first visit to this mechanic. He is so nice man and has a huge knowledge of cars. He explained the problems and presented the options. You can bring your own part that you ordered or he can buy the parts from the store or online. I really appreciated his service. He delivered the car on time that we dealer with. I have driven my car with peace of mind. Thank you

My car, Audi a4 2010 which normally requires some pretty specialized service was making some weird noises. I brought my car here and was able to get my car fixed in just a matter of a few hours. The prices were super reasonable, especially given the fact that they were able to get the part needed by the next day. Would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for top notch service!

It is a nice place to repair car. They do not over charge you. In another shop the quote was 1200.00$ but they fixed it for 125.00$. people are friendly and explain the problems in car. I prefer to go there for any car problem.
