It's a good store but the customer service lady was annoyed by my niece. I mean last time I check she is not even 2 and you look like 35+ saying ughhh to my niece cuz kid is throwing tantrums. I am srry if you can't handle kids tantrum. I was their to spend money. I apologize to the rude lady and left the store.

If I could give negative stars for this company, I would. I can honestly say I will never use this company again, which is rare for me to say. Their customer service department is horrendous. Their rewards program is not good, is not always working, and trying to get your earned points when their computer system doesn't work is impossible. I filled my cart online and went to check out and my points did not show up. After an hour on with customer service they still hadn't fixed the issue. They eventually did, but I did not have time to get back on and reshop before the points expired. When I asked to have them extended, I was told it wasn't a problem. But the next day when I went to check out they had only given me back $10 worth of points. I called and asked about it and they said that's all they could do. I am so disappointed with their program and the treatment I received (the number of times I was put on hold during these 3 calls totaled close to an hour in addition to the time I spent with representatives). Additionally, the use of rewards takes away from your total prior to other discounts--so if you order $50 worth of items and use $10 of rewards, you do not qualify for "free shipping over $50." This is not a huge issue, but is worth noting if someone was planning on ordering a smaller order and using their "rewards." As long as you have no intention of using their rewards or customer service, shop there like any other store.
