I've been going to Outback for years. I've always been impressed with their honesty, and the choices they give you - what you need, what you might want and the total package. All at reasonable rates.
I've always enjoyed the family vibe, kids often in the side rooms in years past.
Recently I had a real gut rencher. My ride had a dead cylinder and the prices at the dealer were crazy!
Michelle was awesome in advising me on a (new to me) used engine with low miles and an awesome 3 year parts/labor warranty!
The labor was half what the dealer wanted. Doing the work they offered great advice on what they advised I change, and did it labor free.
I drove away in a car that feels new again with the freedom of a great warranty and a great shop standing behind it!
Can't say enough good things about Michelle and the team at Outback Auto!

Absolute top notch customer service. Very transparent with what your vehicle needs and they don’t try to over sell by any means. Efficient but meticulous craftsmanship. You can tell they can care about their work. Would highly recommend for any vehicle service needs. Will definitely be going back.

We have used these guys for many years.
They have helped up and even came in under budget many times.
We have found them to be very honest.
They only fix or replace what needs to be done.

We needed an engine replacement. Mechanic Jeff is a wizard! I say this because we had two different family members weakly attempt to do the job and brought to Outback a partially disassembled car, boxes of random parts, and our own replacement engine for a 2008 Lincoln MKX. After months of frustration, we got the car back in 4 days from when we took it to Outback. The car runs smooth now, better than ever. My wife is thrilled to have her car again! Thank you!

Outback is doing a great job on my vehicle.
From the front desk greeting me to the mechanics working me through some of the issues I appreciate everyone I have another project coming this Tuesday we'll see how that goes I think it will be great

I patd them to put New window motors on 3 window and bring doors to full functionality. They then told me because I have never been there i have to put half of 1500 dollars down, before the would touch my car. The first time I brought it in(dropped it off the morning they told me too) they did not touch my car at all that day. I had to bring it back the next day and they did not put the door panel on in the front passenger side. Had to bring it back again. Even though the quote includes fixing ALL OF THE DOORS when they put the panel on and said "the window quit working when i did that, they/re response was it would cost more to fix the right way when they already agreed to to that . I had no option due to proximity of location to my job to bring it back for a misfire. Same basic issues as the other time, only this time they now want to charge me 4% more in tax due to credit card machine but told me after they swipe the card. DO NOT GO HERE, They do not do what they say they will , they will extort you and lie. My coolant cap was off for some reason (wasn't off when i brought it there) yet no one there did it.... then I notice it two weeks later i call and ask and the only response i got was "we thought you knew about it, so we didn't tell you", What kind of respectful shop that does car repairs would not tell the customer this. HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT GO HERE.
