The recent design of their website is very difficult to read. The font color is entirely too light and the layout that was used before was much better. Please make some adjustments.

My mother passed bck in March 21, and ANGIE was absolutely amazing!!! However my mother looked almost unrecognizable frm the Cakey makeup job. I probably would not use them again !!

They never gave or even told us we had flowers delivered for my mom and never even said a word about them. These people will steal your stuff and smile in your face. What a shame, shame on all of you

The visitation/viewing was 12 days after death, that's too long. It did not look like him, that was a travesty. Did not clean him well. Blood on mustache/ mouth area from autopsy dirty fingernails. They did not offer water till after I went and bought some.autopsy, fingernails were dirty from working on cars, not sure if they are to do that.

I gave a 3 because the service was very nice, flower arrangements were beautiful. Employees were polite. But I'm very traumatized by how terrible my brother looked. The make-up they put on him looked awful. It was very caked on, and blotchy. He didnt look like himself. I've seen a lot of dead people, but I've never seen the makeup look that bad. I would understand if he was dead4-5 days before he was found. And they had to cover up a lot of bruising and discoloration.
