Nail stylist seemed in a rush, always looking at the clock. Nails are crooked, chipped and verrryyy wide for my fingers. If she knew she couldn’t do what I wanted in the time frame allotted I would have happily waited, rescheduled or asked for a stylist who could achieve the look I was going for. Now I am left with a mess and will be getting them redone elsewhere tomorrow.Services: Brazilian waxing

The receptionist is really rude and totally unhelpful in any way to the client. Tried to make an appointment last year, gave up. This year I emailed one of the co-owners it came back as undeliverable, this is the email on their website! Then dialed the salon asked for the co-owner named on the website, when I spoke with her I told her that her email was undeliverable, then I asked her to help me book an appointment with the only stylist with more than one good review, only to have her say that that stylist has not accepted any new client in three years. Don't waste your time, the people administering the business and their receptionist will make you were bald and never had to have your hair done again if you had to deal with them!
