I found Lauren by accident over 9 years ago and I will not let her go. I have currently moved away from the area almost an hour and a half to 2 hours away I still drive once a month to see her because I know I'm going to leave looking amazing but also feeling amazing about the work that she did. I can't say enough about her professionalism her care and the quality of work. The one thing that impresses me about her is her sincerity to ensure that you are the client are always happy. Abigail Groves hydrating and exfoliating scalp treatment was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had in my life. She caters her treatments to fit her individual clients needs and 15 minutes into the treatment I was already telling her I needed to schedule a second one! The treatment was life changing and I think I literally died and came back to my body within the 90 minutes of the treatment. I recommend this to everyone and anyone :)

I would not recommend Hayleigh Q or the customer service of the salon. Please see the images attached to this review. I included the reference photo that I showed her, I can definitely understand not receiving exactly what the reference photo shows, but this outcome is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, this appointment was on a Friday and that Monday I started a new job. I was in so much shock I paid in full and tipped like I always do.. I completely regret it. I attempted to reconcile this service by contacting Hayleigh and she was so unprofessional and rude. So I called the salon with calmness and respect asking to speak to the owner - at that point I didn't even want my money back I just wanted him to know what kind of service i received and he could hopefully connect me with another Stylist. The way he handled that was telling Hayleigh I called and telling her to text me.. I was appalled and will never go back.

The saloon is quite elegant. It is easy to book my phone. Kate, my hairdresser, is really kind and talkative. She is also very good in cutting my hair. The only thing is that, at least in my experience, it is quite expensive.

I had a facial with Seira who was also wonderful . So relaxing and refreshing my face has such a wonderfully restored glow. Highly recommend her also!
