i would give them a zero rating if possible.Petco has the worst customer service i have ever experienced.Don't waste your time or money shopping at Petco.

HORRIBLE!!! Absolutely will NEVER shop EL ( Frandor) again!! First of all, CHECK ONLINE PRICING BEFORE SHOPPING AT LOCAL STORE!!! CRAZY difference in pricing. I was searching for a store that sold Tetris Koi Food, Petco popped up at $26.69 for a 5lb bag. I called to confirm they had it before driving over. Clerk confirmed they did but it was $59.99 for a 5lb bag. I explained to her that the ad stated it was $26.69 online and had a buy one bag get 2nd bag for 25% off and then we got disconnected. I drove to the store grabbed 2 bags and went to the counter, clerk needed an override from manager " Justin" to allow the markdown. Justin approved of 1 bag at $26.69 but not the second ( EVEN THO AD SAID " BUY ONE GET ONE AT 25% OFF). I asked how there can be a $33.00 difference from in store pricing an online pricing from the sane store? Is that even legal? I then explained to him that Petsmart sells a 5lb bag every day for $26.99. So why would anyone pay $60 for the sane product? He " Justin" was extremely rude! He said "Well we're not Petsmart" I replied, " Im aware" and he said, " Well then why even mention it"? I said" well I thought stores price match but I guess I was wrong". Asked his name and left. I called corporate to file a complaint and called Justin back to get his boss. Absolutely unprofessional and humiliating!! I've worked retail for years and would NEVER speak to a customer with such disrespect! UPDATE: contacted corporate and store Mgr. Corporate took report but did NOTHING!! Store manager NEVER contacted me. WOW, they really don't care about their customers!! Will never shop here again!! Don't recommend!!!

Stay away from this location, the customer service is at a all time low, they are so short staff that they have to open up a hour later, and get this the employees are still rude, unable to work a cash register, and the manager just stands around with a stupid grin on his face, looking like he's stuck on stupid, and dangling from d**** The only thing that had common sense in the whole store was the cash register, they don't have any kind of appreciation for Petco customers, from 05/11/23 to 05/13/23 they have done nothing but screwed us, 3 darn days, I truly think they should do all mankind in Michigan a favor, and CLOSE THIS SORRY PLACE DOWN! I have never seen so many unprofessional clowns under one roof, I will never go to this store again.
