Friendly staff, decent prices. I get most of my aquarium products from this store.

Cashier was very nice. But was insulted after spending $141. On dog food and other products, if I wanted a bag and would be extra charge.

Not much in terms of variety. Also didn't have snails or shrimp in stock. Wasted trip, wasted gas. Only good thing that came from it was I bought a new heater for my fish tank because my heater had stopped working. Will not be going back to this store. More favorable option Pruess isn't that far away.

I didn't like it when I arrived, as they show on the networks, I didn't see anything for birds.

I went in to buy a guinea pig, as I have a single baby male that needs a cage mate. I have a cage that is 12 sq ft, and I have enough C&C panels to make it 16 sq ft, and the sales associate said he wouldn’t sell me a guinea pig because they’re “too messy” for that small of a space, when pigs can live just fine in 10.5 sq ft. I have four guinea pigs. I know how to take care of them. Go ahead and not sell your guinea pigs experienced owners with adequate space and the ability to give your pets wonderful care. I’m sure they’ll sell them to someone as Christmas gifts that’ll end up in Craigslist in three months. ✌🏼

Consistently strange experiences with the staff at this location. They are not helpful, curt and rude when answering any questions. To say I’m not happy would be an understatement. Not sure why they act this way especially when it comes to pets. Do not recommend.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Kept the ferrets cages covered in feces. How is this a $500 animal that is being treated and cared for like this? Get it together petco

The reason I’m giving a 1 star review is NOT because of the groomer or staff at the salon. The groomer did a great job grooming my terrier. The reason for my bad review is because I was charged a materials fee in addition to the grooming fee and there was no disclosure of that when I dropped my dog off. Very poor policy and after talking to the manager it sounds like Petco corporate won’t do anything about it. The grooming fee is comparable to area groomers but with this additional materials fee it is more expensive than other places.

Went in to get obviously pet supplies, isles where crowded, shelves where dusty. Employees were kind but just felt so unorganized and uncomfortable trying to weave through the isles with boxes and pallets of product.
