They have a good variety of foods and toys for all sorts of animals. Everything is well stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well organized.

their grooming is the best in Lansing! my pyrenees always looks so so good when he’s done. I really appreciate all of the groomer’s communication, attention to detail, and patience with our dog. I will never take Gus anywhere else to be groomed because I know he is so well taken care of here

Very helpful staff and very caring, one noticed that I was returning a lamp that I didn't need..asked if something was wrong with it as they should I explained no, my bearded dragon passed I thought perhaps it was her lamp that was the problem, they gave condolences and asked if I was ok if I wanted a hug as they too recently lost a bearded dragon!! So thankful that they shared their story and glad they cared! The next door cashier also said she was so sorry for my loss! So glad to see caring people working in a place to get my pet supplies!

This review is directed for the Grooming department:
I booked an appointment for my dog 3 days ago online and they called me this morning asking if I can change my appointment. If I booked it online and chose that day and that hour is for the reason that it fits with the rest of my activities in my schedule so no I didn’t wish to change the appointment although if you give my a good reason of the why behind it then we can avoid this happening again in the future however the lady that called me keep thinking that I was trying to argue with her when that was not the case I just wanted to know the reason why you want to change my whole week itinerary. She kept talking over me and said “ok if you want to keep arguing I will cancel your appointment” when I was saying no I don’t want you to cancel my appointment. She hung up and canceled my appointment. The way she handled was rude and disrespectful.

Their grooming ( bath, nail trim, and furminator services) is wonderful, gentle and my dog loves to visit them.
Just visited for snake stuff and it's much better than the other pet box store in the area.
