Do not use PayPal for orders purchased online. If you need to return something, it will be a store credit only. They won't return via PayPal. That isn't clear at checkout, but can be found if you search their full refund policy. I've never had a business refuse a refund back to the original payment method if it's within the return window. They also refused to do a price adjustment. I bought a large terrarium and the next day it went on sale 20% off. Overall, a frustrating experience. Staff were very friendly though. Once I use this store credit, I'll be back to shopping elsewhere.

I love shopping at this store for my kitties. I have been coming here for a number of years. They always have the prescription dry food my sweet babies need. The only reason I gave (4) stars is because the Fancy Feast canned food has increased to 90 cents. However, I understand all too well that Petsmart sets the prices, not this particular location.

Customer Service was great! I placed an order for same day delivery and part of it was left at the store. I contacted them and they delivered it within a few hours and through in some gifts for my dog for the inconvenience!

Good place for your pets. Prices are decent compared to shopping online. The best part is if you need something you can pick it up the same day.

Customer Service was phenomena. I had an order for same day delivery and part of the order was left at the store. I contacted them and they brought it to my house within a few hours and included some treats for my dog for the inconvenience.

I had left a 3-star review back in 2020. I came back here in October of 2023 and the lady working was super friendly and the dog leash I bought worked out great. Back to a 5-star for this location!

The staff was super sweet while checking out. She asked about my dog and instantly knew where his breed originated. ( Coton De Tulear -Madagascar ). Most people don't even know the Breed. I love when their sales are going on. I picked up everything I needed , including Halloween costume and spent just 100 bucks.

The staff seemed both knowledgeable about the things I asked about ( fish care items) and willing to help find what we were looking for. Only rated four stars because some of the fish we saw looked unwell and or had passed which I never like to see in a pet store.

Hannah does a “very professional” care and hair cut to our toy poodle. She listens to your needs and provides great follow through. Highly recommend Pet Smart for pet care.

I went in with my daughter to ask questions about guinea pigs and the employees were so helpful! The young man we spoke with was so helpful and so kind to my daughter!

Great service and found everything I needed. They should probably put a sign up that shows there is dog food at the end of the cat area which is where I found the food I needed. Was confused when the website said the food was in stock but I couldn't find it. One of the employees showed me where it was. Maybe they should swap the grooming supplies aisle with the other dog foods to keep them all in the same area?

Decided to give Petsmart grooming a try, and Brittany did an amazing job on Soju. I definitely recommend her.
