Worst banking experience I've ever had. Customer service over the phone I've ever had the displeasure of enduring. Guy actually hung up on my wife, and she was being very respectful. They double charged me on a large purchase and made me fight for 3 days to fix their mistake.
I will be closing my account and investing our money elsewhere.

Never answers the phone. The phone at this branch rings and rings and nobody answers, like it’s a McDonald’s in Flint.

This gotta be the worse damn bank ever. Slow. Unprofessional. Must be understaffed because I waited in line for the banker to deposit and he was in there helping customers inside, but seriously is he the only guy working? Long story short I ended up leaving. All around pitiful will try another location before I close my account. They DO NOT answer phones either.

PNC Bank need to do better. I went to the South Cedar Branch in Lansing Michigan to make an auto loan payment and was to I could not do so. The reason I was denied making a payment was because my name was not on my Husband auto loan. I tried to provide ss#, address, payment amount (which his name and mine was on the check I was paying the loan with). I didn't even want a receipt my canceled check was just that. What ever happened to may I have your license please Mam and because of privacy issues we are not going to be able to provide you a receipt. I could see if I was paying with cash (could possibly go into wrong account) but check could easily be traced..Smh. Not only is PNC front line Customer Service Representatives unprofessional, not knowledgeable but also very rude. I don't know why they would refuse payment under these circumstances but I'm glad I do not retain stock in this institution. And to think not only do my Husband have an auto loan here I also have one. Note to self: Look into possibly refinancing somewhere else. (Oh I have the credit score to do just that). Good day PNC!
